On Sunday, August 9, three experienced musicians will once again take the stage at The Shack: Dirk Vermeij, Arthur Bont, and Nico Heilijgers.
They have played in bands such as The Wild Romance, The Unoriginals, Smokin' Beaver, Paris Dandies, and Sunset Travelers. In 1996, they founded the band Emily's Heartache together. With this band, they play covers of their musical heroes, such as Neil Young, Bob Dylan, and The Band.
Despite their other musical projects, they have always kept in touch. Their shared love of music ensures that they perform together again every year in an intimate reunion. This year, that is on Sunday, August 9 at The Shack.
