Improving skills

At Freestyle Gymnastic you can jump freestyle with friends or alone. You can then free jump on the trampolines and use all sports equipment and materials in the hall. The trainers present are available for guidance and are happy to help you improve your skills and learn new tricks. In addition to freestyle jumping, you can also join the sports club and take lessons to become better at gymnastics, freerunning or trampolining. After your sporting day you can enjoy something to eat and drink in the Vespo Lounge.

For groups

Associations and schools can rent the hall for a sporting outing. Follow a series of lessons together, rent the hall for a sports day or a sporty group outing or close the season with the entire association in a sporty way.
