The Ringvaart Regatta is more than just a 100 km rowing marathon. This is not just about the goal, but also about the process: taking on a great challenge, together with your friends. The Ringvaart Regatta is a day full of sport and fun on the water, in which you can push your limits and get the best out of yourself and your teammates. At the end of the rowing race, all effort is rewarded during a great party at the finish in Delft. Thousands of spectators are waiting here to congratulate you. The Ringvaart Regatta starts in Leiden, at the Asopos de Vliet rowing club. After a few kilometers the Kaag river is crossed. The race then passes through Aalsmeer Zwanenburg and Lisse, ultimately all the way to the finish in Delft. In between there are several stops where volunteers are ready to assist you so that you can recover.
Where and when?
The Ringvaart Regatta will take place on May 13, 2026. The tour begins in Leiden and ends in Delft, where all boats will finish at Lijm en Cultuur and be taken off the water. Here you can relax with a delicious meal, after which the day will conclude with a festive festival. So gather all your rowing friends and join in this unforgettable sporting event!
