The very first Hap Trap Run Haarlemmermeer took place on Sunday, September 13, 2026! During this delicious 42-kilometer ride, you'll discover the most beautiful spots in Haarlemmermeer. You'll also make several stops along the way to indulge in local delicacies. Whether you participate solo, as a duo, or as a trio, it's sure to be a sporting event to savor!

42 kilometers of running, cycling & eating

Hap Trap Run has mapped out a beautiful 42 km route through Haarlemmermeer. This way you will pass the Calatrava Bridge. Then MH17 monument en the ToolenburgerplasAlong the way, you'll stop several times to recharge and enjoy a delicious drink and/or snack. For example, you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or tea at Simon Levelt, and a lovely glass of wine at Piemonte! Want to bring a friend? You can! You can participate as a duo or trio. You decide who runs or cycles when. The start and finish location is the charming Kleine Vennep Estate in Park21 in New Vennep.

Come to this sporty outing and support the good cause

There's room for a maximum of 500 participants, so be sure to register early! The registration fee is €55 per person. This includes a starting number sign, for both solo and team participants. Your participation also supports a good cause: a portion of the proceeds will go to Prakkie Foundation, This charity helps families living in hidden poverty with grocery packages. There are aid stations along the route, and a bike mechanic is on hand to help you in case of a breakdown. This way, you can ride with peace of mind. There's no time registration, so you can cycle at your own pace and, above all, enjoy yourself. Just make sure you cross the finish line no later than 16:00 PM. Any type of bike is welcome, except fat bikes and racing bikes.

Directions

De Kleine Vennep is easily accessible by bike. We wholeheartedly encourage you to come this way. There's ample space on site to safely park your bike. Coming by car? There's ample parking. Traveling by public transport? From Nieuw-Vennep train station, it's about a 10-minute walk to De Kleine Vennep.

Where and when

The Start & Finish location is at the Kleine Vennep Estate in Park21. Kleine Vennep is located on Hoofdweg, just outside Nieuw-Vennep. The date for 2026 has not yet been announced, but will be announced in early 2026!
