From cafe to atmospheric restaurant

Brave Hendrick was originally a café. In August 2020, the new owners, Gert Vuijk and Renée Wittmarschen, opened the doors. They transformed the café into an atmospheric restaurant. Brave Hendrick focuses on the adult market. Do you fancy a classic from French cuisine? Or would you prefer a beautiful dish with a Spanish twist? This restaurant has it all. On the menu you will find a variety of starters, main courses and side dishes. And of course delicious desserts. The restaurant has a spacious layout. The service is high. In short: all the ingredients for a fun night out! And what makes the experience completely unique: from your table you can look out over the riding arena, where horses are actually ridden while you eat!

A nice chat with that old friend while enjoying a nice drink? At Brave Hendrick, that is possible in a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is open daily, except Mondays, from 16.00:XNUMX. And let's be honest: a drink tastes better with delicious Spanish tapas!

There is also a spacious hall with a veranda. From the terrace you can hear the horses neighing and galloping. How cool is that? It gives a very cool and unique atmosphere to your experience!

Restaurant Brave Hendrick can be reached in various ways and is wheelchair accessible. You can choose to come by car or bike. Fancy a walk? Then you can simply walk to the restaurant. And because there are jetties, water lovers can also simply moor their boat at one of the jetties. Riders are of course always welcome on horseback!
