At Christiani Focacceria you are welcome 7 days a week between 9 am and 6 pm. The restaurant can be found on the Polderplein in Hoofddorp. Not far from the good pizzas of sister company Christiani Pizzabar! The face of the focacceria is Konrad Burgos. After years of experience as a chef of various restaurants, he is taking his first steps as an entrepreneur at Christiani! 

Fresher than fresh

The focaccias at Christiani are deliciously topped with the best ingredients from Italian soil! And the breads are baked every day with homemade dough. It doesn't get any fresher than that! What can you expect on your focaccia? Think of: smoked salmon with ricotta lemon cream, mortadella with pistiache pesto or gorgonzola with cooked ham and fig jam. 

Breakfast, lunch and drinks

In addition to the focaccias, you can also go here for real Italian ice cream, coffee and pastries. Fancy something stronger? At Christiani they have an extensive drinks menu with many different drinks. Such as various cocktails, liqueurs, beers and wines. Are you coming in nice weather? Then you can enjoy your focaccia and a good glass of wine on the terrace in the middle of the Polderplein!
