Nozem Hoofddorp: cool drinks in an industrial café

Industrial restaurant Hoofddorp 

Jelle Hoenderdos, in his twenties, was in his parents' restaurant in Vijfhuizen. He completed the Hotel School and opened this cool eatery in an old building in Hoofddorp in 2019. The eye-catcher is the metal staircase. The brick walls, bistro furniture, smoked glass lamps and open kitchen create an open atmosphere. It is therefore a popular place with young people and is often tipped on Instagram. And don't forget the wonderful roof terrace, where you can enjoy a drink on a summer evening.

Looking for a nice dinner after a long day of shopping? Fish, meat or vegetarian, you can always eat well at Nozem. A delicious Chateaubriand, tournedos, quesadillas, sea bass or a beef burger. The menu changes seasonally. Are you coming for a nice drink and are you looking for something tasty to go with it? Then Nozem has a choice of, for example, nachos, bitterballen or cheese sticks.
