Nozem Hoofddorp: Drinks in a cool industrial cafe

Nozem is a cool eatery in the center of Hoofddorp and is run by young catering managers. In the middle of the shops of Hoofddorp Winkelstad, this is the place to 'hang out' for a delicious drink, lunch or dinner. Nozem owes its name to the loiterers from the 50s and 60s. Industrial restaurant Hoofddorp

Twenty-something Jelle Hoenderdos worked in his parents' restaurant in Vijfhuizen. When he completed the Hotel School, he opened this cool eatery in an old building in Hoofddorp in 2019. The eye-catcher is the metal staircase. The brick walls, bistro furniture, smoked glass lamps and open kitchen create an open atmosphere. It is therefore a popular place among young people and is often recommended Instagram. And don't forget the lovely roof terrace, where you can enjoy a drink on a summer evening.
