The secret of Princen beer

Nevertheless, Princen has proven itself and has been working on the road for over 8 years. According to the owners of Princen, brewing lager is playing in the Champions League and pilsner is the Rolls Royce of beers.

Difference between lager and ale

Pilsner is beer, but beer is not lager. How about that? Pils has a very different brewing process. The fermentation of malted barley takes place at a low temperature in lager. About 12-17 degrees Celsius. It is then 'aged' for a few weeks at a temperature around freezing point. The beer is then also aged. Ultimately, the lager beer has the well-known light golden yellow color and a beautiful white head!

Princen is a sustainable and organically operating brewery. You will learn a lot about this during a visit. The raw materials of the lager are all organic. No artificial flavors or chemicals are added. The brewery also works for 75% on sustainable energy via wind and sun!

The brewers give you a look into their kitchen and you can of course taste a beer in the tasting room! Princen is already on tap at many restaurants and sports clubs.
