Wings is located in the old control tower Schiphol Airport. This is a nice reminder of Schiphol's aviation history. In 1998 the tower was threatened with demolition. Money was raised. With that amount, the tower, weighing 300.000 kilos, could be moved to a central location 30 meters away. Today it forms a social and business center at Schiphol-Oost. 

Spotting planes or walking in the Amsterdam forest 

If you are looking for a location to spot planes, Wings is the right place for you. From the terrace you have a first-class view of the landing and flying planes. Is it a Boeing or other type of aircraft? You may see the government plane. Wings is also close to the Amsterdam forest. Here you can enjoy cycling and walking. In the spring the blossom trees are in bloom here. Or visit the famous goat farm. 

Meeting or group dinner  

At Wings Food & Drinks you can also rent rooms for a meeting or group dinner, for example. Ideal if your guests have to catch a flight on time! Or if your company is bursting with aircraft enthusiasts. You can apply to Wings to rent a room and of course they are happy to serve a snack or drink there!
