Forest bathing with the IVN

The Haarlemmermeer working group of the IVN Zuid-Kennemerland is organizing a relaxing and meditative forest walk in the Haarlemmermeerse Bos on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Also get to know this form of nature experience that comes from Japan. During this 2-hour walk we regularly stop for a simple exercise, during which you learn to perceive the environment more consciously. Experience for yourself how you can reconnect with yourself through nature.

Departure point: In front of the Papa's Beach House restaurant at IJweg 961 in Hoofddorp. There is ample free parking available.
